Erotic Embodiment classes are a space to practise connecting with your body without any pressure. We learn to access our inner resources and explore the simple pleasure of being a body.

This is a space to play, to be curious, unfinished, foolish, inexpert, clumsy, clunky, too much, too little, to have a go, to play your triangle in the trombone section, and to surprise yourself.

We create a communal space, where each person has a solo exploration. The lack of relational pressure lets us focus on the foundations of what it is like to be this body. We know we’re not alone.
