About

Iā€™m exploring how to be human in a good way. I love the joy of being a body. I think that being more true to ourselves makes us more kind, generous and creative in relating with others.

All my work is some riff on bringing mindfulness into action. It starts from committing to turn towards what is already here, again and again.

My work is trauma-informed, sex-positive and consent-first. I see what I do in the context of much larger ecological and sociocultural structures, and I try to stay simple (where possible) while embracing complexity (where possible). Read about my ethics here.

Professional qualifications:

Certificates in Sexological Bodywork and Somatic Sex Education from ISS

Certificate in Biodynamic Massage from CBPC

I have been practising Zen since 2009 and my practice is indebted to the Plum Village sangha. How I orient toward embodiment, sexuality and relating has been informed and enriched by ISS and the community of Tamera. I am deeply grateful to be a student of Jeannie Zandi.
